The Selexx Plus is built for shops that need a reliable, high-performance router but don't require the extreme rapid speeds of our larger Stratos and Exxact models. It shares the same FANUC control and HSK-63 spindle platform at a more accessible investment.
The Selexx 48 has a 98.4" x 49" table with 2 vacuum zones. The Selexx 510 moves to 122" x 61" with 3 zones. The Selexx 512 extends to 147" x 61" with 4 zones. All three share the same spindle, speeds, and controller.
Every Selexx comes standard with 250 mm (about 10 inches) of Z stroke, making it well suited to tall parts, pod work, fixture work, prototyping, and 3D parts.
Yes. The Selexx Plus is pre-wired and pre-machined so an automatic material pusher sweeper or integrated material conveyor can be added at purchase or retrofitted in the field. Automatic loading, bar-code reading, and CNC label placement are also available.
Every Selexx uses HSK-63 clamping with an 8 or 10 position ride along tool changer and aggregate capability, plus a 5+5 or 10+7 boring block. The ride along design eliminates up to 500 unnecessary rapid traverses per shift.
