PTP FAQ
The PTP Series is built for traditional panel processing where movable vacuum pods and rails, integrated drilling, and quick part setups matter, such as cabinet and furniture components.
The PTP 2813 has 6 rails, each with movable 50 mm vacuum pods and pop-up pins for referencing. Pods can be positioned to support each part, and 4 panel lifting blades help with loading and unloading.
A 3 HP drilling and boring unit running at 4800 rpm includes 13 + 7 vertical drills and 3+3 / 1+1 horizontal drills on a 32 mm pitch, so construction boring happens in the same setup as routing.
The PTP 2813 includes a 12 HP air cooled HSK-63F spindle running up to 21,000 rpm, with an 18 HP spindle available. Automatic tool changer options are 8, 10, 12, or 16 positions.
An X + Y sawing unit, C-axis, and backside safety fence are available. Two-zone light barriers come standard.
