EXXACT FAQ
The EXXACT is built for wood, MDF, plywood, plastic, aluminum, and composite materials. Its sturdy base, castings, and high-precision servo system deliver consistent accuracy across soft and hard materials.
The bridge carrying the spindle stays fixed while the table moves beneath it. Combined with a webbed steel substructure, this keeps the machine smooth and rigid in all three axes and makes the work area easy to access for loading and unloading.
The EXXACT comes with an 18 HP or 24 HP spindle running up to 24,000 rpm with HSK-63F clamping and a 10 or 12 position ride along tool changer. An HSK 63-E vector spindle is available as an option.
The EXXACT runs the FANUC 0i controller, known for reliable, precise servo control and compatibility with major CAD/CAM software through industry standard G-code.
Yes. Automatic loading, a gantry offload pusher, and a bar-code reader are all available as options, so the EXXACT can serve as the core router in an automated processing line.
