ANDIMAXX FAQ
The ANDIMAXX handles wood, MDF, plywood, plastic, aluminum, and composites, including heavy-duty work in thin and thicker flat stock, aluminum plate, and autoclaved composites.
A highly rigid base, steel weldments, and castings combined with a webbed steel substructure keep the machine smooth and rigid in all three axes, while a high-accuracy servo system holds precision under load.
The ANDIMAXX starts at 250 mm of Z stroke and can be configured up to 600 mm. The ANDIMAXX RHD offers 300 mm of Z stroke.
The ANDIMAXX runs the FANUC 0i controller with industry standard G-code, so it interfaces easily with all major CAD/CAM software and solid modeling packages.
An HSK 63-E vector spindle, reverse air flow, bar-code reader, C-axis, and gantry offload pusher are available, along with clamping, grid, or manifold vacuum workholding.
