EXXACT
PLUS PRO
Heavy-duty 3-axis machining centers built for wood, composite, plastic, and aluminum. A fixed bridge, moving tables, and a steel-and-casting frame deliver the rigidity and accuracy demanding shops depend on, in single or twin-table configurations.
BUILT FOR
HEAVY DUTY
The EXXACT PLUS PRO machine base is a reinforced welded construction of stress-relieved, heat-treated high-grade steel in above-standard thickness. The Z-axis carriage is a Meehanite casting with a pneumatic counterbalance. The result is a highly static, highly dynamic platform that absorbs vibration and holds accuracy under load.
Hardened STAR linear guides with recirculating roller bearings carry every primary movement. X and Y run on aerospace-grade, induction-hardened helical rack and pinion. Z runs on hardened, precision-ground ball screws with anti-backlash nuts. All axes are driven by closed-loop FANUC AC digital servos.

Fixed Bridge Design
The bridge stays put while the table moves the workpiece. Less moving mass on the gantry means a stiffer machine, better surface finish, and tighter tolerances on heavy material.
Versatile Materials
Machine solid wood, MDF, plywood, plastics, aluminum, honeycomb, and composite panels on one platform, from cabinet parts to aerospace-grade work.
18 HP HSK 63F Spindle
Anderson 4-pole air-cooled spindle with ceramic bearings, 10-position ride-along tool changer, and automatic tool length measurement. 24 HP liquid-cooled and 12-position ATC upgrades available.
Phenolic Grid Table
Torsion-resistant cast steel tables topped with 30 mm phenolic grid. Pneumatic pop-up pins and external stops locate sheets fast; pods, clamps, spoilboards, and fixtures mount directly.
M-Code Vacuum Zones
Multiple vacuum zones per table, each M-code controlled with low-vacuum sensing. Twin 9 HP Becker pumps come standard; claw, liquid ring, and VSD screw pumps are available.
Remote Support Ready
Network-ready Ethernet on every machine enables program transfer, data collection, and free lifetime remote diagnostics from Anderson America’s Charlotte-based support team.
ENGINEERED IN THE DETAILS

ENGINEERED FOR HEAVY-DUTY PRODUCTION
THE DUO ADVANTAGE
Twin-table EXXACT PLUS PRO DUO models keep the spindle cutting while the operator loads. Two independent 1,840 x 1,600 mm tables, two vacuum zones each, and up to two 18 HP heads with CNC-controlled variable head spacing.
Pendulum Processing
Machine on Table A while unloading and reloading Table B, then swap. Spindle utilization climbs without adding floor space or a second machine.
Independent Twin Heads
On TC2 models, two spindles run in unison at any head spacing across the bridge, or one runs while the other is idle. Each head touches off its own tool lengths.
Tool Change Look-Ahead
Included M100 look-ahead lets the inactive spindle change tools while the active spindle keeps cutting. Optional IPT with FANUC 31i runs two programs at once.

EXXACT PLUS PRO FAQ
On a traveling gantry machine like the Stratos, the bridge moves over a stationary table. On the EXXACT PLUS PRO, the bridge is fixed and the table moves the workpiece beneath it. A fixed bridge carries less moving mass, so it stays stiffer under heavy cuts and holds tighter accuracy on dense wood, plastic, aluminum, and composites. It also opens the door to twin-table pendulum processing.
The DUO has two independent 1,840 x 1,600 mm tables. While the spindle machines parts on one table, the operator unloads and reloads the other. The tables then swap, so the spindle rarely waits on loading. TC2 models add a second 18 HP head with CNC-controlled variable spacing, so both heads can cut identical parts at once or one head can run while the other changes tools.
The EXXACT PLUS PRO is engineered for heavy-duty processing of solid wood, MDF, plywood, particleboard, plastics, aluminum, honeycomb panels, solid surface, and composite materials. The reinforced steel base, Meehanite Z carriage, and closed-loop FANUC servos give it the rigidity for materials that push lighter routers past their limits.
Every EXXACT PLUS PRO runs a FANUC 0i-MF+ control with a Windows PC front end and Anderson’s AG-MVP operator interface. It accepts standard G-code from any CAD/CAM or screen-to-machine package, including Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, AlphaCAM, Fusion 360, Enroute, and Mozaik. The optional IPT package upgrades DUO models to a FANUC 31i-MB+ to run two programs simultaneously.
Standard machines ship with two 9 HP Becker dry rotary vane pumps in a duplex rack, delivering a combined 336 cfm at 24" Hg. Upgrades include a third Becker pump, Atlas Copco DZS claw pumps, Dekker and Travaini liquid ring pumps for harsh environments, and Atlas Copco GHS VSD+ rotary screw pumps with variable speed drive for the lowest energy cost. Additional vacuum zones can be added on request.
Anderson America installs the machine and provides up to three days of onsite operator, maintenance, and control training. Original purchasers receive free lifetime phone support and free remote diagnostics via Ethernet. A complete U.S. parts inventory, field technicians, and the Anderson Knowledge Center with manuals, wiring diagrams, and an AI troubleshooting assistant back every EXXACT PLUS PRO.
